VMware VirtualCenter and VMware ESX Server use different formatting for datastore URLs.

VMware VirtualCenter uses the form sanfs://vmfs_uuid:.

VMware ESX Server uses an absolute path to the VMFS volume. For example,
/vmfs/volumes/<<id>>
