Summary

This patch fixes an issue with the iSCSI hardware initiator where LUNs are not detected after adding or removing an iSCSI array discovery address and rescanning.

Solution

Symptoms

When the iSCSI HBA queue is full, the driver might be unable to query LUN 0 during rescanning, which causes the ESX Server system to fail to operate.
