Q. Which payment methods does 247RACK accept?

A. We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Should you have any questions about payment methods, please contact our billing department here.

Q. After submitting payment, how long will it take to receive my licenses?

A. Licenses are automatically issued after payment. If you do not receive an email with details, please contact our Sales team by submitting a ticket here.

Please be aware that, if the license you are going to purchase is currently licensed with another cPanel provider, the license may take up to 48 hours to get activated. The reason is cPanel Inc. manually has to manually approve these license transfers and it is beyond our control. If the IP was previously licenses but does not have an active license, there should be no extended delays. If yours is an IP which has never been licensed, activation is instant. You can verify your IP’s license status using cPanel’s IP verify page here: https://verify.cpanel.net

Q. When will I be billed?

A. 247RACK processes all payments on the first of each month. If you purchase your license after the first of the month we will pro-rate the license cost to the next billing date (the 1st of the following month). Although all license invoices are due the 1st of the month we normally give a 5-day grace period in order to remit payment without a late fee. If you fail to remit payment by the 6th of the month, your licenses will be suspended and a late fee will be assessed to your invoice.

Q. If I have an active license with another cPanel provider, can I transfer that license to you?

A. Absolutely! You’ll first need to order the license in our system so that we can automatically begin the transfer process for you. We recommend placing the order at least 5 days prior to your billing renewal at your other provider to avoid any invoices left open and to ensure a smooth and clear transfer of the license well before its expiration date. So long as there aren’t any billing issues at your old provider, cPanel should push it through seamlessly!

Q. Does 247RACK provide technical support for my server once cPanel/WHM is installed?

A. 247RACK will only offer assistance with the initial installation and licensing issues after the installation. Any technical issues you experience will need to be passed to your support team or to your hosting provider
